The success of Jennie Reeves Radiographers Agency comes from its dedicated and professional team. Some of our key members are outlined below.
To give you inspiration for your holidays and to help you get to know us a little bit better, we have asked them the following question...
Q. Where in the UK would you recommend that our agency staff visit?
Jennie established Jennie Reeves Radiographers Agency in 1968. For a full history click here.
Phoebe has worked for the company since 1999.
Phoebe recommends visiting...The Minnack theatre, Cornwall, England
"A great outdoor theatre cut out of the rocks! An excuse to go down to Cornwall and watch great plays with the sea crashing down in the background. You do need to wrap up warm as you cannot guarantee the weather".
Vanessa has worked for the company since 2005.
Vanessa recommends visiting...Brighton, England
"It is a beautiful seaside city, with a great atmosphere and lots to do. It has a fantastic outside dining culture, which really comes into its own in the summer. The Lanes are made up of many boutique shops and stalls and make walking round the city on the weekend very enjoyable".
Sarah has worked for the company since 2004.
Sarah recommends visiting...The Gower Peninsular, Wales
"Situated just outside the City of Swansea in South Wales. Gower was the first place to be designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Spectacular coastlines, beaches, outdoor activities and great cosy pubs make Gower a special place to visit. Make sure you try Laverbread, a tasty ingredient often served with cockles and made from locally gathered seaweed".
Rosemary has worked for the company since 2006.
Rosemary recommends visiting...Oxford, England
"For a good summers day out, I recommend walking around the university colleges and Christ Church followed by punting down the Thames topped off with a refreshing pint at the Head of the River pub. Also if in the area then Blenheim Palace is well worth a visit".
Lizzie has worked for the company since 1991.
Lizzie recommends visiting...Scotland
"Scotland has everything you could wish for in a UK holiday destination; from deserted remote islands to buzzing cities. Hire a car and lose yourself exploring mountains and lakes of spectacular beauty. Edinburgh makes a good base; a highlight of the city is Edinburgh Castle a majestic landmark dominating the skyline".
Amy has worked for the company since 2010.
Amy recommends visiting...Sennen, Cornwall, England.
"Sun, Sea, Surfers and Sunburn!
I had one of the best camping experiences here with a fantastic sandy beach and a local pub for that all important pint of Cider, all a stones throw from the site, perfect for a lazy holiday. If you are feeling more adventurous why not catch a few waves but remember the sun block so you don't get caught out like I did, there definitely was a lobster on the South Beach that day!"
Sarah has worked for the company since 2012.
Sarah recommends visiting...The North Coast of Ireland
"The drive along the stunning Causeway Coastal Route leads to an area famous for rugged countryside, surfing beaches and scenic coastal walks. You can soak up history and ancient Irish legends at the Giant's Causeway and Dunluce Castle or sample traditional Irish fare at local seafood restaurants and the Old Bushmills Distillery."
Alice has been with the company since 2013.
Alice recommends visiting…Bristol.
“Bristol is the city of bridges, balloons, boats, bikes, Brunel and Banksy. Whether you’re looking for a great day out for all the family, a romantic break or a little adventure. There’s a fantastic range of things to do in Bristol from a stroll through the town centre, a boat cruise up the Avon, a noisy day at the zoo or relaxing in a boutique café for tea and cake.”
Pooja has been with the company since 2013.
Pooja recommends visiting… Nottingham.
“Having lived there throughout my University experience I’d recommend visiting Nottingham, the home of Robin Hood. Head to Sherwood Forest as there is no better place to learn more about the man himself! You can also go into the City Centre for a spot of shopping, the Lace Market for stunning architecture, as well as great restaurants and bars for a fun night out!”
Charlotte has been with the company since 2014.
Charlotte recommends visiting… Thorpe Park, Surrey.
“Thorpe Park is a really fun day out with heaps of awesome rides. My favourites are the Saw ride and Stealth. I would recommend going during the week to beat the queues, it’s only half an hour train from London!”
